You may have seen from the programme that there are a number of competitions throughout the year. These are either between club members or between our club and other clubs in the area.
The monthly competition is between club members, but the competitive element is secondary to the comments and advice that the visiting judge will give to each piece of work. This competition is in two parts, one for prints and one for digital images (in Jpeg format). You need not produce your own prints to enter - commercially produced prints are accepted, but all prints must be mounted.
We also have informal competitions for our summer evenings out and a summer theme competition judged during the autumn.
Inter club competitions give us the chance to meet members of other clubs in the South Wales area and vie for the trophies on offer.
